Got my new Mercedes-Benz C43 2 months ago at this dealership. It was a referral from one of my buddies and the deal went smoothly. I was looking at a specific model (year-end model) and my Sales Advisor located one for me in another dealership. He offered all the credits and rebates available for the car, it was really a hassle-free experience. When we were closing the deal, the Sales Manager came out to greet us. My car delivered within a week and my Sales Advisor followed up with me very closely and even replied to my messages late at night. It was an A+ experience at MB Thornhill. Got a great deal for my first MB. Very pleasant experience.

I have been leasing vehicles from Vlad for the past 10 years. I have always received excellent service from him, from the point of purchase and after-sales. I recently had an after-sales issue on my B-Class that required my vehicle to be detailed. Vlad provided me with a courtesy car while my vehicle was out. My vehicle came back in time. It looked amazing both inside and out!!!! I highly recommend Vlad for your pre-owned sales needs.
Helpful and Caring
2 days ago I was surprised by tire issues in my extremely busy day. I came to Mr. Yashar as I was very worried and in need of help. I was also in a hurry and he was very helpful and made my visit very comfortable. He was very caring towards me and my kids and accommodated our commitments and arranged a ride to take us to where we needed to be, considering that I didn’t have my vehicle as it needed repairs. He did an excellent job with the repairs and he did it very efficiently. I really appreciate his effort and I know he’s always willing to help.
